balletrat*Meg heads into the bar from out back, grabs a coffee and settles at a table for her afternoon break. She still looks tired, but not nearly so much as yesterday.*

Her golden hair is loose and unbraided and mayhap a little windblown-- which might explain why she's currently trying to untangle it, say true.
[Summary: Rent!Angel testifies to Susan and Cuthbert about Roger's good character, really; Tom Riddle comes to apologize for way-back inadvertent breakage and then demonstrates to Susan that a broom really does fly-- eventually convincing her to try it herself.]

Then she grabs a chocolate milkshake and a big plate of nachos, takes a seat at a table near the Bar with a good view of the rest of the bar, and kicks back with her feet up, waiting for something interesting to happen.
Summary: Mel meets Akito and fills him in on the Milliways intro stuff. Mace Windu also gets the intro, before conversation turns to comparative worlds and Slayers vs Jedi. Ray thanks Mel for killing the Hellfly.

Now, there's no food in the suite and even the normal metabolic ex-turtle is feeling the hunger, so they're downstairs, together, and a table with the biggest pizza the Bar could provide. This is about the size of the table.

And it's still not fun. The attempt at shaving this morning - with an electric razor - clearly didn't go as well as a man that age should be able to pull off. Everyday movement had become easier, though, after all, as pointed out yesterday, someone who is regularly in bird, rat or fox shape should really not have this may problems adjusting to man-shape.
Breakfast consists of the four major food groups: starch, sugar, fat and burnt crunchy bits, and there's a beer on the side because quite frankly Esk deserves beer, godsdammit.
The table is still spread with books on tranfigruations and curses. But they're not being very helpful.
[OOC: Still not woman. Guppy shows off his ghostly form and it translucent internal organs. Esk tries to turn him back but fails. Esk angsts at him over the pain of being male, and tries and fails to Borrow the Bizarre Mini Flamingo. There's talk about how Esk Borrows, and theories about why it can't be done anymore. They contemplate that it might have something to do with Gil's faun shape, or Lector's plant shape, and Delirium is brought up, including the possibility of a Del-type Rite of Ash'Kente (and Esk's mun headdesks at her pup). Then Ray comes over to scan Esk. In a sympathetic way, of course. It turns out Esk really has lost witchcraft. Tim's theories on bar magic are brought up, Esk explains Narrative Casuality to Ray, and once again the connection with Gil and Guppy is brought up. They discuss Guppy's additional memory losses, and whether there's a pscyhological reason. Finally, Esk mentions being Bound and the magic behind the bar (not Bar) gets brought up. Finally the other Ghostbuster comes up to analyse poor Esk, with wierd new sensing thing. Esk's as interested in the wierd new sensing thing as in the mysterious Gender bending (understandable as that's all anyone wants to talk about these days). But then there's angst over loss of withcraft and theories about how witchcraft is linked to gender.]

Guppy comes out of the gents toilets. He is completely translucent and ghost-like, even his clothes. He goes back to the bar and tries to sit on a stool next to the astonished flamingo, only he keeps falling through it, so eventually he gives up and sits on the floor. She hands him a note.
'I told you you weren't eating enough.'
He looks up at her.
"Look, Mitzi, I may have lost a little weight over the last few days, but this is ridiculous."

The hangover one can only get from far too much Scumble is only partly to blame here. Everythnig else... well she doesn't want to think about that.
So now she's downstairs, in robes of a slightly better fit, which she found in her wardrobe, a cup of something black and semi-solif sitting next to a large fired breakfast, which she's poking at.
