Random's in the bar. He looks surprisingly well rested, though rather bothered.
You could ask him what about.
You might not get an answer, but you could ask.
He'd enjoy the company.
[Edit: Andres and Random discuss everything; Gorlim and Lee's motivations for their behaviour, sleeping and waking up, and whether or not Andres is joking, and what the exact meaning is of sticking out your tongue at someone. After that, they head off to Random's home via Tarot to spend the night together. Also, Duo and Random discuss the recent evens with Oberon, and his envolvement in Random's out of milliways life.]

"Random? Mind if I join you for a bit? I can't really talk to anyone else right now." He frowns.

He gestures ildly at the booth seat across from him. When he speaks, his voice is quiet.
"Has either of them apologized yet?"
no subject
"Well I-, yes. He tried, but I wasn't ready to hear it. I sent him away."
He looks like he might feel a little bit guilty about it, but not too much.
no subject
"Be careful with that. I understand exactly what you feel, and would probably be the same. But if you push away too heard, they might stop trying."
He shakes his head, mostly at himself.
"Want something to drink?"
no subject
"And what if I want them to stop trying?" He asks cooley.
no subject
"Then you'll have broken a heart, or perhaps two. It's up to you."
But it's clear that he's rather disturbed by the question. That hadn't occured to him, till now.
no subject
"And is that any worse than what they did to me?" It is a sincere question.
no subject
He shrugs.
"It's probably the same thing. Though I spoke with both of them, and I assure you, neither felt less pain than you in the aftermath of their actions."
no subject
Yes, what he did to Castle, and the way he felt afterward, is bothering him. He's finding guilt nearly as unpleasant as Ramon. However coupled with the pain, it's beginning to dull into a cold lack of caring.
no subject
"Andres, you're scaring me. Please stop this."
He can see parts of the Castillian closing down. And it's frightening.
no subject
He shrugs.
"I will try."
no subject
He rubs idly at his throat, and lets his eyes fall shut.
"Finished Titus yet?"
no subject
Another shrug.
"It's the same each time."

As opposed to Random, he looks tired, but cheerful.
no subject
Random's more than ready for a distraction.
"How've you been?"
no subject
no subject
"What happened? Is he... is everyone alright?"

"Duo, I have little love for him. Two weeks ago he turned his fire on me and sent me into a ten day coma. But please, if you know anything about what's happened, tell me?"
He winces.
"Though he does not love me as he should a son, I still find myself concerned for him."
no subject
"He isn't dead. He lost that hand of his, the black one. The bad one. He can't ever have a pact with the Lone Power again, since Nita but a geas on him, I think it was called. There was fighting, with these nasty things, so I didn't get too close to him to see much else."
no subject
"That's very good. The Lone Power changed him greatly. He was a fair king before he became touched by its influence."
Random's fingers drum on the table.
"And the others? Raven, Puck, Havelock? I know not all who are envolved, but it sounds like you went head to head, and that can be pretty fucking dangerous."
no subject

He drums his fingers, absentmindedly.
"And do you think this is over? I mean... for good?"
no subject
Duo tugs at a strap of his sling. "I don't think he'll try again, if he lost the first time."
no subject
His fingers continue their nervous dance, and his eyes narrow.
"Fuck, I hate this."
