First Post: Henry McCoy, the Beast
OOM: Pre-Milliways
Hank bounds into the room feet first with the grace and precision only a nearly 600 lbs. cat-like mutant can manage, landing in a crouch with one claw on the ground. He quickly rises to his feet. His eyes widen in surprise as he watches the room, seemingly trying to see it all, and everyone, at the same time.
With an absentmindedly look, his fingers press over a large device in his hands then places it in a pouch on his belt.
Drawing aside from the door to a nearby table he looks around the room, eagerly taking in everything. His eyes glow in interest as he sees the bar and how people react to it. He then catches sight of the observation window. His eyes widen and a smile comes to his face. It is the smile of a child who has fouind a new toy.
"Oh my stars and garters! Breathtaking!"
He stretches like a cat, an almost seven foot tall, and almost 700 pound blue-cat- the shape of a man,a dn then casts his gaze around, his mind racing in amazement.

Hank recalls a former crush on the younger woman and then casts such thoughts aside. These days his heart is solitary.
"Water baloon making is a fine art as well as science. I congratulate you on your achievement."
He takes out a large tome(about three" by two" by two".
"Perhaops you will find this interesting all things considered. I was carrying iot for a friend, but can get another."
He hands over the tome which is labeled "A Beginniners Primer on Temporal and Quantum Physics".
"It is a very good way to look at some of my faviorite subjects and if you have any questions about them I would be more than happy to answer them."

Al staggers just a little bit under the weight of the book, and opens it. He scans the first few pages intently, and smiles. Physics are good to know for alchemy.
"Thank you. I'm sure my brother will like to see this, too - may I take it home with me?"
{ooc: brb for the mun needs dinner and will be back shortly =D}

"Perhaos anothe time. I wouldnr enjoy an evening of water Baloon creation and testing with an expert."
Seeing Al stagger, hank pulls out a small device and slaps it against the book causing it to immediately lose most of it's weight.
"Of course, the book is yours."
(ooc: sure. If I am not still online we can slowtime it. Er, if I got that term right. I may have to leave in the enxt hour or so, so if I am gone just comment and I will return the comment as I can. We can er..millitime(?) it and call it this afternoon anyway.)

Al flashes a polite smile and begins to inspect the small device. "What is that?"
{ooc: I'm a fast eater. ^_^;; But slowtime is perfectly okay with me if you need it.}

<ooc: I should have about thirty more minutes until Dinner and family time demands my brain.>

"I'll have to hide this from Winry. If she sees it, she'll want to take it apart and see how it works."

Hank thinks for a moment.
"Who is Winry?"

Hank has a feeling he will be asking a lot of questions of this smart little person.

"That is... amazing. absolutely gobsmaking and entirely ...the measure of the equivalent atoms must undergo a transfomative series of events leading to... fascinating."

Hank nods to the boy.
"Learning the equatrions and the state of the matter and the energy helps you change things, right? because the more you know the easier it is to envision the end of the transformation and the less energy it requires!"
Hank is grinning now.
"Impressive talent and skill, my friend. My own small additions to the edilogue of human achievement are eclipsed by such a thing. Thank you for explaining."
the look on Hank's face is respectful and earnest.
