And heading downstairs from the direction of the sims is a Peacekeeper. She's been practising. So she takes a seat at a booth, orders some Ori-ohs (read as Oreos ^_^) and takes out her knitting from a large black bag. It looks like a sweater...sort of.

"Christmas presents?" The other woman queried.

"Your friends?" Aeryn asked politely.

Yes, I've made a few around the bar. It certainly wouldn't do to seem selfish around the holidays.

"A human holiday, or so I've heard." Aeryn continued her knitting.

"It's good to have comrades."

It is. Likely a few others who share it, and most will enjoy an excuse to have a party or some such thing.

"You don't really know me." Aeryn pointed out, not quite as hostile as she generally was towards the younger girl.

"I guess not," she concedes.

"What are you making?"

"A sweater. Can't you tell?" Aeryn held up the garment. It did indeed look sweater shaped, a little puffy in the waist, but perhaps it was meant to be baggy. It was black.

"I can now. For you?"

"For a friend. For christmas. I don't wear them, they are ridiculous."

Aeryn click clacked away, cursing whenever she made a mistake. Perhaps she didn't have the patience for knitting.

"That's a bit big for Andrei isn't it?"

There is a Guppy, wearing a fluffy jumper of his own.

"It's not for him." She could have given a totally snarky, interesting answer, but she's Aeryn.

Guppy sits down next to her.

"It's nice that you're making gifts for people. Really shows you care."

"I'm thinking of knitting some words onto this one. How about 'I don't care'?" Her smile betrayed the joke.

Guppy smiles. "Who's it for."

"Claire. I'm knitting her and Seth matching ones." Aeryn cursed and rectified her most recent mistake, sighing loudly at the needles.

"Though I haven't seen her in a while."

"As, I live and breathe.. if it isn't Aeryn.." a hopefully familiar voice drawls from behind.

"It is." She turned around, a smile quickly forming.

"And hopefully you are still breathing."

He pretends to consider this, then grins.

"Yes. I'm definitely still breathing. I've not seen you about in quite some time.."

"Glad to hear it." She offered him the plate. "Ori-oh?" The cookies glared in defiance at this, quite wrong, saying of their names.

"I've been busy, in and out."

"Thank you."

He smiles and accepts a cookie.

"Busy is certainly something I understand.." he says wryly.

"What are you working on there?"


Aeryn isn't exactly the type he expected to see.. knitting.
