Faith is curled up on one of the sofas in front of the fireplace, coffee cup in hand and a pensieve expression on her face.
Yeah, Faith's thinking. No it doesn't hurt.

"Greetings, Jiask."
And then there is a small, dark little man sitting down across from her,
"Will that be enough for clothing?"
no subject
"...yes. Yes, it will."
And yet more stare!

"I have rather a lot of jewelry. I traded some of it to Bar. Apparently it is not normal for jewels to be very large on earth."
He, quite casually, traces a 3" diameter circle on the table's top. Considering that the ring he always wears is at least that large an emerald, there's another emerald the size of a small golf-ball on his sword, and he's also wearing a collection of gold and silver necklaces...yes. Arithon doesn't worry about his tab much.
"Do you think it would be possible to pick up another pair of boots as well?"

He's highly amused,
"In Paravian it breaks down to kar'eth'an, one who raids...or a pirate. How else would I transport money?"
no subject
Faith blinks a few times more.
"Pirate?"
no subject
He says dryly.

"Yet another pirate running around I never got to play 'Shiver me timbers' with."
no subject
He puts his hands ahead of him to ward her off,
"I am not quite a pirate like Captain Sparrow. I am..smaller. And less wild."
Most of the time. He's a fun drunk.
no subject
"He's fun. You're fun. Not so different."
no subject
He's grinning at her again,
"When do we go?"
He's also got plans to make her find a place where they can buy weaponry. His kind of weaponry. He has theories involving enchantments with demon-binding properties as thank-you presents.
She's always wanted a vampire-eating sword, right?

There's an Ace sitting at the opposite end of the sofa, with cocoa.

Moiraine glides out the door of the security office, and then Faith leads the way back to the couch and her abandoned coffee. The Aes Sedai gracefully takes a seat in an armchair nearby.
"It has been quite an eventful evening."
With perfect composure.
