First Entrance
[OOM: I will ride, I will fly, chase the wind and touch the sky]
...and then, suddenly, through one of the doors bursts a red-haired girl astride a rather enormous horse.
Merida is fortunately experienced enough to stop Angus as they slide to a stop a few inches from the bar.She pushes back a handful of curls and huffs out a relieved sigh, then gives a somewhat sheepish glance over her shoulder before standing up taller in the saddle. Dignity is not precisely an ingrained quality for her, but that's no reason not to be proud of herself.
She did stick the landing after all.
[OOC: Merida's first entrance! Open til her next EP. Also I have a Discord ID, please DM me for it!]

There's a goddamned girl on a goddamned horse, in the goddamned bar. "I just got up, it's too fucking early for this shite. --Do you need a hand?"
((sorry, couldn't resist))

"Aye," she says, "tell me where I've gone and...don't let my horse get into the drink!"
Angus was leaning in with interest for a second there.
no subject
He glares at her.

Clay keeps his distance from the horse, they tend not to like his kind. Perhaps it's because they can smell the wolf in him.
no subject
Angus' nostrils do flare slightly at the scent of him. Merida makes a soft sound of comfort and pats him between the ears.

"I believe we were brought here by some sort of Magic."
no subject
"You've been told?" Up goes her eyebrow. This seems like a crucial conjuncture.
"Magic?" She wonders, sounding quite hesitant now. All of the magic she knows of comes from bad places.

"Er, you might want to take the horse to the stables."
no subject
She spits it out and sits up straighter.
"I would love to...once I know where it is," she says.

The gentlemen offering her assistance seems kind enough, and she's more than willing to lean on him for assistance. "Please, if you don't mind." Her mother would, for once, be thrilled with her manners.

"I don't suppose your armor has something to do with your knightliness?" Merida automatically connects knighthood with his appearance.
Angus is more annoyed by strangers in general. He's making a clear exception for him for once!

YT looks from Merida to Angus and back to Merida again, blinking. "Whoa. That was kind of hardcore," she says appreciatively.
no subject
"The only thing that's hard about this one is his big head," she says, and pets Angus fondly between the ears. "Would you happen to know where we are?"
no subject
YT wonders if the horse's first order might be on the house too. Well, she doesn't see why it wouldn't be!

"Hello," he says.

"Hello," she returns, gritting her teeth as Angus wickers and shakes out his mane, slapping her loudly right in the face. "I don't suppose you know where I could stow a horse for a wee bit?"
She just wants to be she knows where the big lug is before she goes exploring.

Tegid grins, "There are styles put back."
He reaches out and pats the large horse on he neck, "This is a very big horse isn't it?"
no subject
When when Tegid reaches for the horse she cautions, "Careful with him, now. He doesn't quite trust strangers."
no subject
"Shall I show you where the stables are?" he asks.
