Liam walks in through the front door.

There's a small blonde girl sitting on his shoulders.

"Liam!" Dianne comes over with a smile. "Is this who I think it is?"

[identity profile] drama-coach.livejournal.com 2005-02-26 10:16 pm (UTC)(link)
"Wonderful," Dianne smiles, then looks up at the girl. "Hi. I'm Dianne."

"Hi, Megan," Dianne says. "It's nice to meet you."

Dianne's smile widens a bit. "Thank you, love. You are just as sweet as your father said."

Dianne, surprisingly, continues to smile. "So what brings you two here?" she asks, directed more to Liam than Megan.

"Oh, how nice," Dianne says. "Is it someone I've met?" she adds, a little doubtfully, because if she'd been talking to someone who'd been pregnant or holding a new baby she probably would have noticed. Still, though. In Milliways, you never know.

Dianne thinks, then shakes her head. "I'm afraid not. You know, I never met Charlie either, for that matter."

A yellow lab came bounding over, nearly knocking over the little girl in his efforts to lick her face and get her to play.

A voice from across the room yelled "Vincent! Not again!"

[identity profile] throwing-knives.livejournal.com 2005-02-26 10:58 pm (UTC)(link)
Walt ran up and grabbed the dog by the collar and pulled him back, although he wasn't really causing any damage--just tickling the girl's face mercilessly.

"Sorry!" he said. "He just wants to play, I think."

[identity profile] throwing-knives.livejournal.com 2005-02-26 11:09 pm (UTC)(link)
"His name's Vincent. I'm Walt," he said.

[identity profile] throwing-knives.livejournal.com 2005-02-26 11:13 pm (UTC)(link)
Walt tilted his head, as if listening to something, then said, "You're Charlie's brother."

[identity profile] throwing-knives.livejournal.com 2005-02-26 11:26 pm (UTC)(link)
"I'm from the island, like Charlie. Me and my dad. I know Claire too, and Sawyer," Walt said. "And Locke and Boone, but they don't come here. Yet."

[identity profile] throwing-knives.livejournal.com 2005-02-26 11:48 pm (UTC)(link)
"Yeah. It was pretty scary," Walt admitted. "And then a lot bad stuff happened, with Claire. And then Charlie came back with his neck all messed up--I heard Ethan almost killed him. That was scary too."
