Ralph is greeted at the bar by a napkin. "Late for what?" he asks, and gets another napkin in reply. "Me? But why?" Napkin. "What kind of 'special occasion'?" Napkin, eyeroll. "Fine, fine, don't tell me." He sighs and heads around behind the bar. "Could I get a few drink suggestions? To go with the theme?" The specials board fills itself out:

Claudia's still got some egg in her hair from the food fight she and her brother were having. (He's easily the worse for wear, though; he may know the physics end better, but he can't judge distance for crap.)
"...I had no idea there were that many video-game-themed drinks out there. but I guess I shouldn't be surprised."

"Isn't it amazing? And this is just the ones that're both on the website Miss Bar's working from and in my arcade. So what'll it be, little missy? One of these, or something else?"

Hey, she's not that little. (But on the other hand, this guy's huge. So she doesn't protest.)
"...I think I'll stick with what I know," she says, after eyeing some stray food stains on her clothes. "Gonna have enough to explain when I go home without being drunk on top of it. Mountain Dew, please."

"That sounds easy enough." He goes to a soda dispenser and carefully pours. "I'm Wreck-It Ralph, by the way. From the game Fix-It Felix Jr." With that, he places the soda in front of her.

[claudiometer]

"Well, that explains the arcade comment easily enough. Claudia Donovan. Good to meetcha."
She's... not from an arcade, but they can get to that in a moment.

"Good to meet you too, Claudia. It's really Mr. Litwak's arcade; my home's there, that's all."

[claudiometer]

Claudia nods. "I'm not from a game, but I've played a few in my time."

[says_the_booyah]

"They make drinks based on all those games?" Why? It's not like most people who play the games are drinking age.

"They sure do. I didn't find any for my game yet, but the night's still young." He considers the half-teen/half-robot for a moment, trying to decide if there's a polite way to ask Player or character? In the event, he settles for asking, "Can I get you anything?"

Cy gives the big guy - bigger than him but not by a lot - a once-over. "What game are you from?

"I'll just stick with a milkshake. Not much for hard drinks. My system wouldn't like them, anyway."

"Fix-It Felix Jr. You might not have heard of it. The name's Wreck-It Ralph; I wreck the building, Felix fixes it. What flavor milkshake would you like?"

"Chocolate. And I can't say I ever played that one. But it's like Donkey Kong, right?" Everyone knows the Donkey Kong/Mario series. Even if Cy isn't really a big fan.

"Chocolate it is." He starts carefully working with the mixer. "And yeah, it's a lot like Donkey Kong. Not an exact copy, or Tobikomi would've been sued out of business, but we've got a lot of the same spirit." He manages to create the shake without too much spillage, and place it in front of Cy without adding to that at all. "And here you go."

[unglitched]

"You forget which game you're from, Captain Poop Deck?" remarks a voice from the rafters. "Tapper's is three outlets down from you guys."

"No, General Nuisance, I didn't forget," Ralph replies with a good-natured growl. "Apparently the Bar thinks I need to change genres for an evening. It's... interesting."

[unglitched]

"Oh?" Vanellope dangles upside-down by her knees, which puts her almost at Ralph's eye level. "Like 'Chinese curse' interesting or...?"

"...like 'hey, I can make stuff as well as breaking it' interesting. Small stuff, even."

"'Course ya can, you made the Wreckmobile, didn'cha?"

"Yeah, you make a point, but that was still bigger than, let's say, a chocolate milkshake. Speaking of which, can I get you anything?"

Pinkie's eyes zoom over the special board before craning all the way up meet Ralph's face.

Which is pretty darn far up there, for a pony on all fours by the floor.

"I think I'd love a strawberry milkshake. With EXTRA sprinkles, whipped cream, and a cherry!" Then gleefully. "Did you come here a little while ago? I know EVERYPONY and I haven't met you yet!"

"Coming right up, little lady, um, filly." He starts mixing it up. "And I started coming here a few days ago. The name's Wreck-It Ralph, from..." He stops himself from saying the game Fix-It Felix Jr., since he's not sure this pony would have any more knowledge of video games than Dr. Thurlow. "...Niceland East."

Pinkie BEAMS at Ralph, because that is the nicest-sounding name for a town ever. "Oh my pony, is everyone there REALLY nice all the time? I'm from Ponyville but sometimes ponies are kinda grumpy, which is where I come in!" Her hooves are up on the bar as she watches him work.

Ralph chuckles. "Talk a lot, don't you? So what's your name — Chatterbox?" One strawberry milkshake up.

"And yeah, they're very nice. At least, they're nice enough to each other. They weren't always nice to me, but I guess I can understand that. We didn't exactly get off to a good start, them and me."

She laughs. "Nope!" BOUNCE! "OOH GUESS MY NAME GUESS MY NAME!" She frowns. "But why wouldn't anybody like you? You're so nice!"

"Let's see... Pink Pistol? Bouncy Bubble?" He notices the balloons on her flank. "Bouncy Balloon?

"It's like this. Before Niceland East was, well, Niceland East, it was the Niceland Apartments' garbage dump. And before it was the Niceland Apartments' garbage dump, it was part of the forest where I lived. And then they tore down that forest to have room to build the apartments. So I... kind of lost my temper and tried to wreck the building."
