Okay, he's back. Jittery, (though he knows better than to show it,) and watching the bar from a place in the corner (where he can have his back to a wall) and fingers curled tight around his glass.
But he is here.
But he is here.
no subject
Watching him from across the bar, lazily twirling a strand of hair around her finger. Relaxed, calm. Waiting.
Waiting for him, perhaps.
no subject
And a familiar smirk.
no subject
Speaks, and the words carry easily.
"What a strange place this is, little brother."
no subject
He stands, swirling the water idly in his glass.
no subject
She watches him from under half-lowered eyelids.
no subject
Crossing to her, before settling lazily into the seat next, immediately tipping it back onto two legs to rock.
no subject
She eyes the glass of water with something like distaste.
"A rather lovely man called Hawkeye."

He wanders over to Jack and gives, for lack of a better word, a light smile.
no subject
"Or Frost's rather. Please be so careful and do not speak to red haired women named Serafina if your life depends on it?"
no subject
"You are all right? And I will not, then."
no subject
Maybe. Probably. A little.
"I think."
no subject
"I am here, should you decide you are not."
no subject
His hand, cool and light, sets on top of Fiyero's.
"But be here anyways, yes? Please sit with me. I have missed you terribly."

The question borders upon genuinely interested - it really does.
There's even a bit of a smile for him - though most of it is for the fact that the nymph is very likely standing ceremony for her at the moment, probably fidgeting something wicked.
In short, it's a good day. Good enough for momentary politeness to jittery little things even.
no subject
Jack, smiling, and polite, because she makes Frost happy, and he knows it and is thankful for it.
"It is... I will let him speak to you about it, it is something the both of you must discuss, and rather grave, I fear.
no subject
"Ah, siblings," her lips twist and the tone fairly drips sarcasm. "You are nothing short of overjoyed, I presume?"
no subject
Utterly, utterly thrilled.
A gesture at the window.
no subject
She's a bit of that all on her own.
"Perhaps I will play nice?"
If the smile is any indication, nice is a relative sort of term.
no subject
Beautiful, says his voice.

“Was it a wrackspurt?” they enquire politely.
no subject
Jack draws back a little, because woah.
no subject
A hand joins the glasses, pushing them up to reveal a pair of wide grey eyes.
“Or perhaps a gulping pimply?”
no subject
He shakes his head, and sets his water aside.
"A sister, and she is different than that. What sort of thing are you, to speak so strangely?"
no subject
Her head pokes up, chin resting on the tabletop.
Added as an afterthought, “I’m a witch. What are you?”
no subject
He nods, and sips his water.
"Just that."
